Stomach
I have stomach discomfort and gas every day! It's not like I'm consuming copious amounts of protein. I eat decent and two to three shakes a day and have very little milk. I believe I'm taking a good quality protein, so what can I do to stop gassing out my wife?

i bought enzymes... help me a lot.. now and then i take gas x too.. but getting those enzymes in before a protein heavy meal has really help

Pro biotics, pineapple and green papaya extract and there is always Beano if it isn't protein related.

I'm thinking it might be the sucralose sweeter in the shakes. I'm looking for some protein powder sweetened with stevia.

You are probably right. Stevia does it too. Lots of people cant handle those A. S. and get bad gas and pain from them.

Being a farter comes with the bodybuilding territory. Just get used to it & have fun. My son & I have fart-offs - I always win of course haha.
