    Returning User

    Greetings,

First off, I'd like to state it's a pleasure to have an account with peak-muscle.com once again. On my previous account, I went by the name of jkits. Roughly in August of 2015, I stopped working out. But in May of 2017, I resumed weight training after taking quite the break. I allowed a former girlfriend to change my priorities.
I really should've created this new account (forgot the password of the previous account) as soon as I resumed exercising. But, I'm back now. There's much more I can say, but I will refrain from writing a novel.

    Truly,
    jkitto8296

Thanks everyone! I do need a lady to workout with me. Have any of you fellas taken an extended break from working out? Muscle memory is an incredible thing.

I took a 10 year break from 98 till 2008. Strength came back quick, size piled on. My body responded to the break. But I got really fat during that time and had to diet down before I started back up.

Did you get injured, or other circumstances? My body composition changed for the worst during my break. How much weight did you gain? I lost about 25 pounds. My diet was crap (high in processed junk, minimal protein).

I had a shoulder injury that demanded a break, then it just got easier and easier to ignore the weights. Plus my kids were in tgeir teenage years, wife going through menopause, and life was busy.I was 195-200 then at 5'8". I gained 25 lbs of belly fat duri g that time. I looked like deep. In 2008 I tiered down to 165. I was nothing but muscle and bone but was weak, fel t like deep and having a physical job found it hard to perform. I juiced up and now im 250-255, very good muscle tone and definition and people in any gym i go in ask if they know me, am i a pro bb. Obviously my conditioning is nothing like a real bb'er, but I don't want that. I just want to be large and strong.

Welcome to the community. And I agree with lifts. I never let a guy keep me from the gym ... probably because I always dated athletes
