Well shit! I have done this previously more than a few times so I am sort of prepared for it but looks like I'm gonna be taking a few days off which sucks. Hopefully it will heal very fast since I'm on. It's because I did barbell inclines. I always pull it on barbell inclines, so I switched to dumbbells, but the tendon in my left forearm was killing me so I didn't want to strain it too much moving big dumbbells and re positioning them. I plunged 1cc of alflutop right in my right pec when I came in. Figured it's a good time to start that.
