    BPC 157

So, 3 weeks after having my torn bicep tendon repaired I am reading about a peptide called BPC 157 and many are raving about its healing properties for ligaments in particular. I am using low dose Omnitrope, BCCA's, L Glutamine, Vitamins including D and C. Anything and everything as I can see this won't be an overnight recovery.

Use it with TB 500 and I think you will be happy with the acceleration in healing.

I didn't think it did much until I went over 1,000mcg/day. I know a lot of people will suggest that is a lot but once I bumped it up it quickly made a difference in healing after my shoulder surgery. My Dr. said he was very impressed at the quickness of my healing and recovery.

It has been a year and 4 months and while I don't max out anymore the rep calculators had me back at presurgery strength a short while back.

I’m super curious about BPC-157. Having an MRI done on my left shoulder in a few weeks. Haven’t been able to do upper body accept for arms. Do you take it every day and for how long? I read 6-12 weeks and then off. Do you dose it multiple times a day? And do you you inject at site of issue? Thanks I’m advance.

I haven’t used BPC in a long time but stuff works. It has some analgesic properties too. Yes it’s better to inject as close to injury as possible. When my elbow was bugging me I would pinch the skin over top of the area using a “chip clip” so I could do it myself. Just be careful because usually makes the pain feel better in a couple days. Doesn’t mean it’s better and u can lift hard again right away. It is especially good for shoulder injuries. I have seen/read so many success stories. My dad being one of them. He couldn’t lift his arm over shoulder height because of pain. Within two days he could. And it just got better and better. It does have a decent half life but I don’t remember how often you need to inject. I know u can take it ed but if I recall I can do eod or even twice a week or something like that. Hopefully someone with a better memory will chime in. Lol.
