thanks mpresiv!!

buff, you got if my man

ok, day 5 8/19

feel much better today...food is going down much easier, little to no nausea.

weight: 238 (yikes, dropping fast)

diet: same
supps: same
gear:
cyp
prop
tren
dbol
GH
clen
t3

TRAINING:

Delts:

BB press: 135x15, 205x10, 225x8
cable side raise: 25x15, 30x12, 35x10
one arm DB press: 65x10, 75x8
DB side raise: 35x12, 35x12, drop set 35x8-20x8-10x12

Biceps:

cable curl: 50x15, 60x15, 80x12
machine preacher curl: 45x15, 45x15, drop set 65x7-55x7-45x7

Abs:

ab cable crunch: 75x15 super set with hanging knee ups x 15 (2 sets)

you'll notice the first week of training isn't very heavy...for a few reasons...#1 I decreased my rest time between sets to 45 seconds...#2 my body is in shock from the dramatic change in diet...#3 I'm using new exercises that either I've never used or haven't used in quite a while...

It's 9:10 friday night, I'm fuckin drained...
