Newbie, please help me out with my training!

    If you take a shorter rest time will that help with developing size? I know the shorter the rest time the less you can lift but you can get more of a pump- which I know is only temporary but will that pump help with size or is it best to take about 2 minutes and go for strength more, which in turn will equate to size?

      Rado- I've just been reading about creatine, would you recommend it to help with my training? Do you actually experience an increase in strength and size? Thanks

        I don't like it, never have. All it did was make me hold water, if I wanted that I would take some D-bol or deca for that matter. Although I have read on various boards how people love it.

          Yeah I read that, really interesting! Thats what gave me the idea, but I don't really want to hold water so will give it a miss. D-bol or deca on the other hand Lol!
