    New guy

    First time on this forum. I'm 52 and been into lifting for over 30 years. Went through a pretty long period where I quit lifting and I got really out of shape. I'm currently 5'6" and around 185. I can honestly say I look as good as I ever have but I never look good enough. I look forward to learning from you guys and just becoming a part of the group.
