I started a new job in February this yeat and it's very demanding in terms of my time commitment, busy all day, etc... I was really struggling with my diet while trying to gain earlier this year, so I decided to change my golas completely. I was shooting for 190lbs at 10%BF or less and now I'm content maintaining my 177lbs and I'm currently at 9.8%. I'll get down to ~ 9.0% by the end of August.

I will try to bulk again in February/March of next year and try to get to 185lbs while maintining my BF below 10%.

I have to say that the last time I was this lean I was about 20yrs old and I'm 44 now.

oh shit! I KNEW that I never should have told you guys about that.

Seriously, I'm totally happy at my weight & physique right now. I'd rather be at 185lbs with the same BF, but I can't commit to the diet to gain right now. I'll bulk at the start of next year and then work on maintaining my 10%-ish. At 5'8", 185 is fairly big IMO and I'd be extatic if I could get there and stay as lean as I am now.
