What do I mean by old school power lifter?
I lift weights, not chains or rubber bands.
I count my weights in pounds, not kgs.
If I miss a meal a Dairy Queen milk shake is considered a healthy meal replacement.
When bulking and trying to maintain a 6000 calorie daily intake McDonalds and junk food can be your best friend.
I use steroids, not designer drugs.
Water weight is good weight, it helps lubricate the joints.
Power suits are not acceptable. If you can't lift it raw it's not your lift.
Having your hemrhoids just past your bent knees is not a legal squat...butt to the floor or go home.
My abs are bigger than your abs!
Special lifting shoes? My work boots are just fine thankyou.
Getting cut up? Tha's what I will do to you skinny runts if you don't stop staring at me while I lift, then ask stupid questions like how did you get so strong?
