I'm actually 5'7" Got measured on Thursday, it was my physical(which was good) and they broke the bad news to me :bang:
I'm at 191lbs right now. Max is at 345lbs on flat, box squat I'm at 405lbs, dead's I've never maxed out. I work out with 315lbs for 12 reps. Pull ups(shoulder width-chin touch) 3x10 reps with a 20lb DB strapped to me. Incline bench I work out 225lbs for 9 reps, max for incline is 315lbs. These are as of 03-12-04Comment

damn lifts yo have to pound for pound the strongest person i know
Notice at the bottom, I said then I woke up. I was joking, I only do dumbell presses for chest now. The best that I ever benched when I weighed 220 was 365.ADMIN/OWNER@Peak-MuscleComment
