ala and biotin

hey bro's, i am gonna start taking ala and biotin to help combat unwanted carbs. what is the best way to take them, and how much per dose? i have caplets of 100/mg of ala, and 100 mg of biotin. thanks bros.

i assume it is R(+) ALA? Take it before carb meals w/ biotin

300mg-400mgs of ALA per 100 grams of carbs & 5mg of biotin is ideal.

biotin is cheap, and has some insulin controlling properties on its own. I take 30mg ed, it has shown to induce fat loss in roughly 20-30mg ed in humans.

also, for ALA, i recomend 100mg of ALA per 10g of carbs, this being said though, if your on a diet which contains more than 150g of carbs, I would use ALA with all meals. Also, its not a good idea to use postworkout either.

Thats a huge difference in dose. refering to the dose suggested by YJ vs the dose of Prolangtum
