breaking off an amp!!!

now i know that the top of an glass amp comes of easily!! but i was just a little scared thinkin that if a tiny little shard of glass fell into the amp it wud be disaster!! ne thing that can be done??

Ive seen folks talking about amp cutters, but ive never seen them personally.

Go to a store such as "Home Depot" and buy a small file. score the edge and it should pop off fairly easily. If not, there are sites such as researchkits.com that sell amp openers.

If your going to be using amps....Buy an amp opener! There only like $6 and there a wonder,you'll be glad you did.
