              Week 1-12 400mg EQ
              Week 1-12 500mg Test
              Week 1-4 25mg Dbol

                    At 20 you need to do some more training and gaining. Your hormones are sky high right now take advantage of them. If you can't make gain right now it's because your training, diet and recovery aren't in order.

                    Food is what brings gain with training, juice can help this, when it's in order, but gear won't put these in order.

                      good advice

                      well my trainging split is:
                      mon: chest, tris
                      tues: shoulders
                      wed: back, bis ive been mostly doing 3x8-10
                      thurs: legs except on bench
                      fri: chest, tris

                      diet:
                      i'm gonna try one of the bulking diets once i understand on all the carbs and what i count as fat cals ( is it the total fat count?)
