Hello all, Im into my second week of test cyp 400mg per wk cycle and I train 6 on 1 off for the last 6 months each body part 2 times week. My question is can I still overtrain on my cycle. Stats 42 175 5'7.5''gaining 2-3 lbs week.Im starting to feel pins and needle feeling in my arms a day after training them and I dont sleep as well as I use to. About 5-6 hours a day with a 1-2 hour nap every day.Im eating like a horse and my strengh is increasing.I guess Im showing a few signs of overtraining....
