I put the pin in all the way. Some people will leave a few millimeter out, just incase the pic breaks.

All the way, but a 1" in the glute is not enough unless you have low b/f. Get 1 1/2 inch for glutes

I use 1.5 for glutes only. All the rest its a 1 incher.

yes definately all the way ...maybe not with a 1 1/2 inch in the delts or the quads but a 1 inch go in all the way.....
