12.5 or 25 mcg (notice MCG not MG big difference) is good if you are trying to keep lean during the cycle. However if you are cutting 75+ is a good way to go.
Yes... T3 and Clen are measured in micrograms. Your doasge will all depend on what goals you have for your cycle. Note, I wouldn't take T3 without the use of AAS.

weight and likethe first guy said it keeps you lean,thats even better,thats my goals to put on weight but not get the belly bloat
from the deca,also do yall know about that 5=5 workout? thx for the input that just drives me nuts i find a good article here and there but can never find it when i need again.
