        5'8", 185lbs, bf% is around 14,
        well see right now i compete in weight meets for bench and i'd like to cut some bf but i dont' wana lose any muscle.
        mabye down to 11-12%...

                well they have kinda always been like that. maybe a lil more there. should i take some estrogen blocker or something for it?
                i've heard those help you take off some bodyfat in the midsection as well? (dont know if that is true? read in mag..)

                      your physique looks similar to mine from what i can tell from the pic. i think you have a good overall base. just make sure your diet and training are in check and you wont be dissappointed. keep up the good work bro.
