I've been reading up on the optimal diets for DNP use. All say that carbs are absolutely necessary for DNP to work correctly. My question is, does anybody have any decent educated opinions about whether the 55%carb35%protein10%fat diet or the 33% across the board is the better choice. What worked best for you (if you've done DNP multiple times)?
I plan to start around 200mg for the first 3 or 4 days and then bump up to 200mg at 12 hour intervals for theinterim unless I decide that 600mg ed is necessary later on. I will not go above 600mg daily. At the moment I am carb depleting for three days before I start around Wed.
