Any advice on taking Arimidex on my 10 week 400 mg week test cyp cycle. Someone told me to take 0.5 mg twice a week just incase but I dont want to f..up anything......Thanks

Only take it if you need it. That stuff is expensive. If you start bloating and you can't stand it take .5mg ED. Remember though bloat is good for you and arimidex in some studies has lowered igf-1 levels which is a bad thing.

dont use arim, just keep nova on hand if you start to get gyno, remember it takes 10 days for the arim to kick in. plus you probably wont have any probs at that dose

Some say yes, others say no. I say why chance it if you aren't cutting. Unless you start getting gyno don't worry about it, and if you do just run the nolva like tinydb said
