    what age to start

    I am 18 and people have been saying to wait. at 18 you have enough hormones in your body. well when should I take phormones or AAS?

      well right now I am bulking up, I am eating practically anything around the house. I am 5'11" and 163lbs my goal is to get to 200lbs of lean muscle. I am thinking of getting some weight gainer.

      breakfast
      bagel w/ peanut butter
      cup oatmeal with raisens and scoop of ON. protein powder
      4 egg beaters
      1 apple
      8 ounce milk

      Snack
      1 meso-tech bar

      Lunch
      whatever is for lunch in school
      or
      2 cans tuna
      pretzels(individual bag)
      apple
      8 ounce milk
      2 pieces whole wheat toast

      workout
      5minutes before 5 grams glut

      after workout
      protein shake with 5grams glut.
      apple
      protein bar
      sometimes small chile from wendy's

      Dinner ( around 1 hour after workout)
      2 chicken breast
      8ounces milk
      2-1/2 cups sweet potatoes

      Bed
      protein shake

      I am a senior in highschool and try to eat every 2-3 hours

        Think about adding something like this to your post w/o shake http://healthnutwarehouse.com/creatsur43lb1.html

        Change your snack and before bed time shake to a PBJ with milk. Take your gultimaine 30 minutes before your w/o.

          good effort bro. keep it up and you'll get where you want to be sans le juice.

            ok thanks for the great info I will have to try that creatine and that is great to eat a pbj sandwich at night it just maskes bulking up all the better, I was taking creatine but I am going off it for 8 weeks then back on for 8weeks

                ok, I will, I am in my start of my 2nd week and my bench is up 15lbs but I have been off my diet going on 4 weeks. at the begining of my diet I was benching 205 and the n at end I went down to 150 since I did not have enough carbs in me. I am now at 165 but I did it at end of chest wkout to see how much I could do, since I did dumbells presses today
