    whats up, my name is mike im from brooklyn ny. I am a newbie and have not done a cycle yet but will as soon as my back stops bothering me and im done with figuring out what i need to do to make sure my cycle is sucesfull. I have been here for a while but unable to post for some reason.

              bensonhurst not exaclty where i wanna live thou. Yeah about 6 months 6-8 months ago hurt my back rounding it during deads like and idiot. It was hurt bad for a while but now it diesnt hurt inless i agrevate it doing rows or heavy curls. It also hurts when i wake up from turning in my sleep. The doc wanted to give me acortizone shit in my spine, but im scared of that so i have been taking celbrex that was in my house for a few weeks now. i wanna start a cycle but if i cant squat or row whats the point, and what a waist of a first cycle.

                        Welcome mike, it's to bad about your back but you can get a pretty good leg routine going without squats, if your back allows.

                          well i did light squats the other day, and i dont think it really agravated my back any more. Its annoying that it is hasnt healed by now because there are popel who hurt there back a lot worse and have recuperated faster.
