I believe that my bodyfat happens to be higher but this was judged using bodyfat calculator.
I dont have any overhang on my jeans and wear a size 38. No visible flab either.
You can see the outline of my top four abs but none of the bottom however my bottom stomach is not much fatter than the top. My bodyfat is well distributed throughout my entire body that is why I believe my bodyfat to be higher. At 12% bodyfat done on a 7point caliper test I look more cut than most people who are 9-10% and that's why I think that my bodyfat distribution is a huge advantage. I believe I aquired this "distribution" advantage as a result of weight fluctuation. well anyhow ill just go with 16% since that is about what I look like. Peace everyone and time to cut.
