I thought I erased all my pics from my contest prep, something done in the heat of the moment because I was frusterated with myself, but then I was cleaning out my "sent" file on my email and came across these.

They are from 8 weeks out. Man amazing what proper diet and some "help" and good old hard training can do.

Great genetic structure, balance and shape, you look just plain good. You could do well and go far with the right guidance and discipline. Hell, I have seen guys that have less potential then yourself get there pro card.
