Just back from vacation, cutting is going good, 195 lbs here with oly's advice.

No special secrets...just stay consistent with training and stick to your diet plan.
to cut down again....changed only the Carbs...kept high protein and fats from Natty PB and almonds lowered carbs and then cycled them every 4-5 days... low days then 1 high carb day. Kicked up cardio to 40 mins after every workout (4-5 times per week)Comment
