    3rd Cycly final check

    What's up everyone? Someone is starting a bulking cycle soon so I wanted to get the final look over from everyone. Right now I'm 5'9" 180 about 8-9% bf. My cycle history is as follows:

    First cycle:
    week1-10 sus 500mg/week
    week1-10 EQ 400mg/week
    week1-3 30mg dbol/day
    Proper PCT following

    Second cycle:
    weeks1-8 prop 50mg/day
    weeks1-8 fina 50mg/day
    weeks5-8 winny 50mg/day
    Proper PCT following

    NEW PROPOSED 3RD CYCLE:
    weeks 1-15 ldex at .25mg ed
    weeks 1-12 EQ at 467mg/week (200mg every 3rd day)
    weeks 1-13 Test E at 583mg/week (250mg every 3rd day)
    weeks 1-4 dbol at 40mg/day
    weeks 14-15 Test prop at 525mg/week (75mg ed)
    weeks 8-15 fina at 525mg/week (75mg ed)
    weeks 1-12 T3 at 25mcg per day
    weeks 13-15 T3 at 12.5mcg per day
    weeks 16-18 Clomid (300mg day 1, 100mg for 10 days, 50mg for 10 days)
    weeks 16-18 Nolva (60mg day 1, 40mg for 10days, 20mg for 10 days)
    weeks 16-17 Clen (ramp up to 120mcg ed)

    Supplements:
    Creatine
    ALA
    Milk Thistle
    Glusomine/chondroiton
    Multivitamin
    Taurine (2 weeks during clen)

    Your over training and you don't have a 3:1 carb to protien meal after training. Cycle looks good, I think it's a lot for a 3rd cycle but after your first 2 what can I say.

      I would probably run another Test, EQ, Dbol cycle.

          Your first cycle was a little too much. You could have had some great gains from a Test only cycle. Your 2nd cycle wasn't that bad, but the first was definitely overboard.

          I would have done something like this:
          1ST CYCLE
          test only
          2ND CYCLE
          test/eq
          3RD CYCLE
          test/deca
          4TH CYCLE
          test/eq or deca (which ever one you liked better/Dbol

            Thanks Bro, I think your 1st was over kill, after a cycle like that you can only go up. Fina and winny could of waited until you 3rd or 4th cycle

                I don't think you really need the creatine, you are just asking for more water retention and increasing the probabilities of getting cramps. Its not really worth it just to increase your ATP to get a few more seconds on your muscle contractions.

                  First cycle gained 25 lbs, held on to about 15.
                  Second cycle, didn't loose ANY weight, waist went down an inch, chest grew 2 inches, arms an inch, legs an inch. Strenght was and still is incredible. I've gained five pounds since then, due to increases my calories to maintainence.

                      I think you are jumping the gun as well. I would just stick with maybe test/eq/prop/fina....might even be able to wait on the fina

                        bro i think you should save yourself some injects and space your enanthate and eq out to e5d instead of e3d, just up the dose of course. i don't think 40mg dbol is necessary. i know it seems like nit-picking, however, in my experience, anything more than 30mg is not necessary and too toxic. i personally do great on only 20mg ed. bro that's one long cycle and you're finishing it up with 8 weeks of fina, i think you should think hard about that one bro. in my mind that will be one tough post cycle recovery. i would invest in come hcg too. good luck brother.

                          For my second cycle I pinned myself Ed. I enjoy it, it reminds me of the decisions I made and the consequences of my actions if I don't do everything perfect. I think my levels would be more constant by doing it every three days.

                          20mg of dbol? Isn't that a dose you'd see for bridging a cycle?

                          I don't really feel the cycle is that long. It's only a 12 weeker in reality. All the AS (prop and fina) used after 12 weeks are just to keep the T levels high while the EQ half life dissipates.


                          DRveejay11... I can see your reasoning behind not using creatine. But on the other hand, you are gonna we weaker without AS no matter what.
