The ingredients are not new, nor do they seem to work in any remarkable way. It seems that these products GABA and similiar products do slightly raise gh levels especially if taken on an empty stomach before sleep, but not enough to build muscle. It takes far less gh to stimulate fat burning, and these products, do seem to have some benefit in that respect.
