Good..All the flabby fat is gone...too bad you decided to stop dieting , you shoulda been ripped in 5-6 weeks. I f I were you would continue dieting and then bring my cals up to improve certain bp's..you need to get a bit leaner and harder imo
Brutha forget about bringing up isolated parts at this point at your stage of development. Focus on ALL...kick it heavy, intense, and eat to get bigger overall.
Said it b4 I say it again...your gonna get bigger arms busting ass on bench press's, rows, chin ups,deads, squats, militaries and dips VS specific arm exercises.
Really appreciate the advice guys, I've been speaking to a friend of mine who trains vic martinez, his name is vic munoz.. he's been helping me out, but he comes from a slightly different school of thought.
he wanted me to diet down to see what I had because i was pretty bloated and fat (got up to 230-240). After bringing BF levels down he suggested taking like two months to focus on bringing up the biceps, while still training everything else. Just a little more frequency on the bicep and rear delts.
I guess i've always just been concious about the arms too. DPH, i agree with you about all the compound lifts. Maybe except for preacher curls, i just recently started doign these, and i just realized how damn effective they are. lol.
Oly, im still going to eat clean and diet as well as i possibly can, just no intense cardio. I guess thats one compromise i can try for now.
