I'm starting a new routine next Monday .

I'm a black in Shotokan and not bad in Akido .
I owned four Shotokan dojos during the late seventies and on into the late eighties . I stuck strickly to the teachings of Master Gichin Funakoshi.
As many may know I was orphaned as a baby and as I grew up I became mostly a deliquent . But I had a man named Santo Trafficante that found me on the streets of Ybor City shinning shoes ,and took me under his wing and enrolled me in Dojo along with many other things he had done to help me along.
If I recall correctly I was about 12 then .
I have had many Sensei's but my favorite was Masatoshi Nakayama.
I miss him very much.
These great men taught me values . And I truly believe I would be either dead or in prison if it wasn't for them.
I was one of the luck ones I guess .
Even though I never had a mother or father I had two great men that cared enought for a ragamuffin punk street kid to teach him valuble lessons in life .

I know at 56 I don’t look like Mr. U but nevertheless I’ve been BB’ing for years and not until the past couple of years that I haven’t been able to see much improvement .
The damn fat is killing me .
About the only dirt I consume is a few Heinekens in the evening.
I have a hard time doing any cardio because of having half my meniscus remover from my right knee years ago .
So jogging is outta the question.
I can’t think of any other cardio exercises where you don’t use legs.
Are there any ?
I WO the old HIT way . Very intense so to help in the cardio area.
