    Well since I was called a fat slob by a certain X member here I figured I would post a pic of how I look at the moment. Keep in mind this is after bashing pasta last night and a ton of cookies lol.

              SURPRISE! lol. Actually thanks to me being irish and german I am pretty pale and that was the only setting on my phone that would actually show my true definition lol.

                          I definitely wouldn't think fat or slob.
                          Arms look good and the abs are showing.
                          Plus you have the V going in the right direction.
                          It's easy to notice with your broad shoulders.
                          Nice work!
