Thought I'd see what the results of my efforts were from this summer, where I put an emphasis on working chest, shoulders, and arms.
Took this picture and it came out like this.
Hmmm, maybe my secret formula is working, after all!

Don't know. Sent it from my phone to hotmail but the image sent is part of a slide show. hmmm, i'l just take another this week.
