Hey what are you guys that use a pre-workout supp using? I have been trying to find one that suits me well.... I have tried a few with different results...I have found that I like using a N.O. as the main product versus caffeine... I have tried NO Explode with little effect..... Nsane that made me feel like a serious crackhead, seriously a crackhead..... Gunpowder which did not do much, especially for the price..... C4 which did not do much for me, and M5 which was ok, especially since you can make your own amount of stimulant you like....Advocare Sparx which seemed to really do the best job for me, believe it or not....Just curious what you guys are using...

used to love n.o. x-plode but once i tried yok3d by USP it was game over.i know it doesn't give you the same amped up feeling x-plode does but lemme tell ya,at only 3caps -ON WORKOUT DAYS ONLY-the focus and pumps are incredible.
i get bloated arms from just doing high rep squats.as for an amped up feeling i still like my VPX-Redline.the whole bottle,2 servings about 1-1.5hrs before i go in and i go ape shit.sad thing is like many pre workout drinks that amp you up i get used to them quite fast.Comment

NoExplode-which made me explode on the toilet ,

I tried the C4 ,it was so so , but not great for me .
I have heard the Muscle Marinade will amp you up . ,
I stick with Coffee and food now for pre workoutComment

It seems that the more people I talk to the more people point in the direction of Jack3d...I might have to try it....Some say that MusclePharm's Assault is good also, but most supps that come from a company that is as mainstream as they are seem to disappoint.THIS POST IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY

Ya know I have been doing this too, just eating a good PWO meal. Seems like a gut full of shrimp and mashed potatoes generates the best possible pump in the gym. srs.Comment
