Looking for feedback on Saw Palmetto usage

Anyone? What brand, and dose, do you use?

I typically take 1 pill in the a.m. and 1 pill in the p.m
as far as a Brand I just buy the Stuff at Walmart ,I think it Natures Way ?

Spring Valley standardized extract 160mgs

Normal 1 cap twice per day.
Heavy androgens 2 caps twice per day.
I sware by SP for prostrate health.
SP is a natural anti inflammatory for prostate tissue it doesn't lower DHT as some people say.
