    Updated pic of me at 230lbs

    Here is one my wife took tonight, I am down from 276 to 230 and feel pretty good, except on my low carb days. I am 41yo so be easy on me...

                                      Thanks guys, this is probaly the leanest I have been in 5 yrs... Hitting the pool partys after the USA in Vegas in July.
