I thought this was a pretty good quote. There are way too many people on these boards that let their egos get the best of them. Some members have more knowledge than others, but it necessarily isn't your knowledge that gains you respect. Respect is earned through the way you conduct yourself on the board and the way you treat other members. Hmmm...... I can think of a few people who need to read that quote.
