    shoulder healing

Been rehabbing my torn labrum the past 3 months and getting into it lately with morning workouts and evening PT.

I would start real young and work my way up. Say 21 and gradually get to MILF age, then move on to GILF if you need more intimacy in conversation.

As Ozzy and Darkness have stated , you need to find some pussy soon ,
then and only then you will realize that all your compulsive masterbation for many years of being marrried has been the root cause to your shoulder injury ,,,,,
Seek Asian Massage therapist for "luv u long time" table shower and happy enduring .

I had a torn labrum; that was my initial reason why it took me so long to get back to the gym.

I sincerely hope your pt helps and you stick to it even when it gets easy and you think it is doing nothing. It's a very long road to recovery for that injury.....
