i thought i posted the results.. i took 13th for that show and reasons are: i was not ready for it.. i had a torn pec and i was out for 4 months not training my upper body then as soon as i started to train my upper body, my both knee got shot for 5 months and could not walk or train em with 5 lbs and doc could not figure it why..i got ready for that national show in 15 weeks out of the entire year and i wanted to see where i stand at with my condition.. took 13th out of 24.. this is a pic from the show and i was 224 lbs.
2013 is gonna be diff story

I didn't see the results posted - however I was only looking for an update in your pics thread here in pics section when you was 16 weeks out. Thats a helluva alot of shit you had going on last year with injuries and all - give em' hell this year bro!
