    Protein shots

Was given some protein to go shots. 28 grams protein, 5 carbs.

It contains a collagen type of protein. Heard some bad things about that

Anyone know the deal? I'm not up to date in the supplement world

collagen is a low grade protein that was used for nearly all liquid proteins years ago. Recently I had some protein shots from a few compaines and they were mostly whey.

This is my understanding as well. All the protein shots I use now are whey isolate. Love them!
