Protein Powder - anyone know anyone who relied on it for most of their protein and stayed/got swole?
I know real food is the best way but sometimes there is no time to cook or prepare. I try to do both.
But does anyone actually know folks (excluding those who pimp it for a living ) who stay/got swole on solely relying most of their protein intake form protein powders?
