I also haven't heard or used them, but ura did give you a great site to check out. I've only heard good things about them.

Hey gus I went to Muscle beach and bought some Optimumprotein powder in stawberry! I tried it tonight and its pretty good! The guy said to try it with crystal light, so I did and its ok! Thanks for all the imput guys & gals! I hope one day To be as smart and knowledgeable as all of you! Thanks

Question for all of you, I am using the optimum for all my meals so fartoday as I don't have time to have a real meal! However I finf that about 15 min after I finish I feel real sick to my stomach and don't understand why?Any suggestions?

Optimum is my fave.....Well, I am no diet expert, but you may feel sick because you simply aren't giving your body enough nutrients/cals.....I feel that way every once in a while, and then realize I haven't eaten in hours!! Bad me, I know, but it happens. How many have you had....has it happened every time after having one?

here is how my morning went: Got up at 5am got ready and dropped the girls off at 6:20am had a shake at 6:30 am just with water-felt sick about 30 min later.Had one on my 15min break at 8:30am with crystal light-felt sick 30min later? Not sure why, I had one the night before with water and felt fine! Maybe
its just me? :bang: any input?
