I am working on my upper chest.
For my chest workout, I start with incline dumbbell flyes, then flat bench press, then incline bench press and butterfly.
ok thanks for tips. I will stop the flat bench press. it's a long time I did not try the incline smith machine press. I will do it again for a few weeks.
