10 am -here's my day 11/2-2cups oameal (pancakes sometimes)
12 egg whites or protein pancake
i cup of oj
12pm 150-200 grms of sweet potaoe or white potatoe ,200 grm of ground turkey, spinach
train
3 pm post workout shake myoplex of any highcarb mrp with whole banana
345pm 150 grm sweet potato 200 grm chicken breast
6pm top sirloin, fish, or chicken breast 200grm with some broccoli
8pm 150 grms of ground turkeybreast scrambled with 3 egg whites
and some broccoli
10pm 10-12 eggwhite omellette
12 either shake or protein pancake before bed.Comment
