V12 from san nutrition

i am using regular creatine monohydrate since a long time with positive results from optimum nutrition .
my friend , who distribute opti in france , is now selling san products too ;
he gave some V 12 , a creatine product , to try !

did any of you tryied it ? what are your feelings toward this product ?

Never used it personally but I have sold alot of it and got good feedback from customers. May be worth a try for you.

I never tried it, but I have heard that San puts an extreme amount of research into their products, and have heard good reviews in regard to their products.

did start three days ago , one serving before training , or breakfast on non training days , and i seems to get better pumps , even with my type of training where i don't try to get one ( i am following dc principle with one working set per ex ) !

i am taking less carbs because i did lower the intensity after six weeks of hard training , so , all is good , but , it is still really to early to judge ...
