    Hi friends have just enrolled and I introduce me inserting my photos I immediately tell you that I have 28 years now hung 80 kgs x 178 I departed from 72 kgs I am rather a boxer ex boxer and I have begun to have been lifting seriously only the weights for 2 years therefore they are in growth hi
