Another doseing question:

What dose and how long would u suggest to see OPTIMAL doses....personally i believe 300-400 mgs is perfect (100mg eod)

i have heard alot of people suggesting 1000mgs which seems like it mightjust be a waste if you were to use that much!

I have used 500-600mg a week with good results.....anything below 200mg is a waste I think......

I would also say 5-600 for men 100 week for women is perfect.

good stuff and hard to get, at least here in my town. 500mg&#39;s IMO is enough for anyone, well ALMOST anyone.
