I am cramping like crazy, and I can't eat another bannana of drink more Gatorade -
This is my 3rd week off, and it started about 2 weeks before I stopped. I was on for 12 total.
If I so much as have my arms up close, in one position, like say talking on a cell phone while driving, for an extended period of time, lowering my forearms is like a calf cramp!A Mean Calf Cramp.
Pleeeeez tell me you've done this, seen this, and know the solution!
