    nice threshhold

    Been working out for about 6 weeks, 2 to 5 days a week as I could tolerate it.
    Not in very good shape, but there's old muscle there that needs shaken up to get fit.
    Today I had a great leg workout.
    I used the Hammer Strength Leg Press machine and got 500 x 5 on my 9th set,
    then I got 500 x 6 on the Hammer Strength 45 degree incline Leg Press on my 8th set.
    This felt good, especially because my back didn't give me any problems.
    If I can maintain this kind of intensity until Spring I will be in great shape for summer.
    Just gotta go the distance.
