    so you can see how i am doing if you have a good work out exercise for me then post it other wise stay away from posing junk o.k

    today is 4-9-08
    i doing 20 pushups and 25 minutes on tred mill
    i actualy did 15 min on tred mill 20 push ups then one tkd form 3 time then 17.10 min on tred mill
    i was wearing satin jacket buttoned up, tkd pants and a beanie hat i got for x-mas

      how bout

      50 push ups..5 sets of 10.

      30 abs--3 sets of 10

      and 30 minutes cardio ( treadmill).

            it is my log he had no exercise tip only more
            i am putting down what i am doing so please let it alone unless you have any good idea you all seem to ruin every topic i post. exercise tip like next time try and do this exercise instead today o.k

              Try doing different variations of push ups too mat. Really wide stance will work the outer chest and shoulders. Bring your hands really close works your inner chest and triceps. Hope this helps.

                          Not sure why the satin jacket for the workout. You may want to use a crappy jacket to excercise in and save your nice satin jacket for wearing around town. Don't want to mess up the threads.

                          On a side note, if you fail during pushups you can always superset with some on your knees. Good way to get the burn.
