    Tuesday-Legs
    Weds-Off
    Thurs-Arms
    Friday-Off
    Saturday-Back/Traps
    Sunday-Off

                M- 1. Quads ,chest, abs

                T- 2. back ,hams, abs

                W- 3. Shoulders ,arms,abs

                T- repeat 1

                F- repeat 2

                S-repeat 3

                Sun- 1 hrs of abs.

                  Starting at 12am .............

                  2-3x a week a 2am "no wake up needed" quickie

                  Shower with hubby after gym between 8-9 ...........
                  Out of shower into the bed for some mutual oral followed by the finish.

                  This is typical 5x a week.

                  Weekends are a bit tougher, all the kids are home so we usually do quickies.

                          all pros do abs..dont believe the hype..i do it because i like to have a tight midsection and extremelly well developed abs plus the way i do them at a fast pace feels like im doing cardio.

                            well, i'm no pro, but i never do abs (shut up Oly). And my abs come in just fine. Squats and deads keep my core nice and tight without all that annoying ab bullshit.

                            Diet is key to see the abs!!
