bicep injection?

    bicep injection?

    i want to inject into a new place other than my glutes or delts. will one bicep be bigger than the other? should i inject 1cc in each bi? is spot injection effective? if you know of any sites that show where exactly to put it that would be great too.

      I would inject both biceps. spot injections don't lead to permanent growth.

          sust and eq

          how long does it usually take for sust and eq to kick in

              with sus i always found that about week 4 it was going strong--the eq takes about 5 weeks bro

                      usually between 3-5 weeks. It's good to get use to all areas, this way you don't get scar tissue. Biceps are NOT one of my fav's, but I don't do more than 2cc's. click on that link provided above, good info.
