    Arm pain

when I lay down or even lift my arms up to text on my phone, my hands go numb and when laying down the inside of my shoulders hurt so bad I have to get up.
I’m on a lower dose than what I usually take so I don’t get it.
I daily take .3cc omna .2cc of tren a. I don’t even take the gh daily anymore because that exacerbates it. Im always shaking out the numbness or sitting up out of bed due to the shoulder pain. I can’t even make a fist, it’s so tight.
Any suggestions or is this just how it is? Can’t type anymore because my hands are NUMB!

It only started after I started my cycle about six weeks ago.
I do have some slight compression in my cervical and lumbar spine. Normally I will have bouts of sciatica but not this much numbness in my hands.
I figured it was a side effect of gear/gh.

My wife said the same thing. I知 going to stop the gh an lower my cycle dosage and see if it improves over the next couple of weeks, if not I値l definitely go see ortho.

Just wanted to see if anyone had anything similar.

4-5 ius would cause me severe carpel tunnel with pain well beyond my elbow. I stick with 2 1us ed.

I’ll come off for a week to see if that does it.

Thanks for the feedback. Carpel tunnel is a bitch, especially when it’s in the shoulders!!

3-5 ius a day? Of generic Hgh? Which kind? I would bet money it’s the hgh. Happens to me on even lower doses depending on what hgh it is.

What are the sides you get? The same as I described?

Almost the same. Arms and hands would always be asleep when I would wake up in middle of night or in the morning especially. Didn’t matter how I layed. If I had arms raised for too long or over my head they would start tingling like they were falling asleep. My guess is the extra water around joints pinching a nerve.

Keep in mind that when we run "new" or more gear, it has a psychological effect on us and we start pushing more weight in the gym. If you have spinal compression at all, it is going to cause some type of pressure on the nerves. I have this issue at times when I start going crazy with weights and I will start getting numbness in one arm and hand. It has nothing to do with the gear for me. It's inflammation and compression of my nerves.

I kind of chalked it up to added water weight and some issues stemming from my neck and back. I知 not doing high doses of anything not by any means, nor am I using gear that I haven稚 used before.
I make sure not to use certain movements or even specific exercises such as squats as I know I will cause more issues. I did take off 4 days and it did not really help.
I will take a gabapentin and diclofenac, two meds designed for nerve pain and inflammation. Very little help.
I知 going to focus on losing more bf and dropping weight to see if that will help. Something tells me that the excess fat plays a part in this as well!

You dropped the hgh 4 days ago and still the same? It definitely could take awhile. I remember having Carple tunnel for almost a month after I stopped the HGH one time.

I went through something similar at the beginning of the year. Severe right shoulder pain and arm numbness. Was running 3iu generic at the time. Got so bad I ended up in physical therapy which only exacerbated the pain. Ended up seeing my surgeon who ordered MRIs and found that I had a bulging disk in my neck that was full of fluid that was pressing on the nerve that was responsible for my right shoulder and arm. I stopped the GH and the all symptoms disappeared after several weeks.
